Hello Canada!! (And other places, of course!! :P) Well, today's officially our last day in sunny, snowless Nepal. Kim's quite distraught, and is guzzling coke to help herself feel better. We haven't yet begun what is sure to be many tearful goodbyes, but that should be happening pretty quick here. Our luggage is packed (Kim's sans wheels...sorry mom!) and waiting for us in the car, and Ron, Cheryl and Shanta have already begun missing us. We haven't told anyone, but we're missing them (and the girls!) already too!
Yesterday we were blessed to be able to provide a fellowship picnic for the believers of Shanta's church. Since we weren't able to go provide a meal at the leper colony, we decided to bless the believers instead. It was an amazing day! The sun shone, even though the day started out looking like rain, and everyone had a blast! There was lots of singing and laughing and good times had by all! We even got playing a game called 'cat and mouse', and Kim and I almost died laughing over the fact that Nepali mice say 'chi' instead of 'squeak'!
Anyway, it's time for us to head to the airport, so we must be off. I'm sure we'll blog en route to Canada whenever we get internet. Thanks again for the prayers while we've been here, and for keeping us in your prayers as we travel back now.
